Alan Oria started behind the bar in 2009, working private events during the recession. Frustrated by clunky, inefficient setups, he designed and built his own mobile bar — engineered to serve up to 75 guests without long lines — and founded Fire Water Bars to bring that same thoughtful, stress-free experience to every event.

As one of the first flair bartenders in the Metropolitan Miami area, Alan's dedication to his craft and relentless pursuit of perfection have been the driving forces behind the company's success. More than a decade later, he still personally leads the creative direction, quality, and client experience.
