How much does it cost to hire a bartender?
Pricing depends on guest count, event length, location, and the package you choose (bartenders only, bar rental, or a full setup with cocktails and staffing). Most clients get a clear, all-in quote within 24 hours with no hidden fees. Tell us about your event and we'll send a friendly, no-pressure estimate.
What's included when I hire Fire Water Bars?
Every booking includes licensed, insured, experienced bartenders, full setup and cleanup, and coordination before your event. Depending on your package we can also provide portable bars (rustic wooden or LED), glassware, mixers, garnishes, custom signature cocktail menus, and additional event staff such as barbacks and servers.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Florida licensing rules mean the host typically purchases the alcohol, and we handle everything else — professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, tools, and service. We'll give you a detailed shopping list based on your guest count and drink menu so you buy the right amount and nothing goes to waste.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes. All of our bartenders are professionally trained, licensed, and insured. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when your venue, HOA, or building requires one — just let us know during booking.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Gables, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Miramar, Hialeah, Pinecrest, South Beach, Wynwood, and Homestead. If you're nearby and don't see your city listed, just ask — we likely cover it.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak season (holidays, wedding season). That said, we regularly accommodate shorter timelines and last-minute events when we have availability — reach out and we'll let you know right away.
What types of events do you work?
Weddings, corporate events, holiday and office parties, birthdays, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, graduations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, baby and bridal showers, anniversaries, brand activations, real estate open houses, private home parties, and more. If it has guests, we can serve it.
Can you create a custom cocktail menu?
Absolutely. Our mixologists love building custom signature cocktail menus around your theme, colors, or favorite flavors. Many clients add one or two signature drinks named for the occasion — it's a memorable touch your guests will talk about.
Do you rent portable bars?
Yes. We offer handcrafted rustic wooden bars and color-customizable LED Plexiglass bars, with delivery, setup, and removal included. You can rent a bar on its own or bundle it with our bartending and cocktail service for a fully managed setup.
How many bartenders do I need for my event?
A good rule of thumb is one bartender per 50 guests to keep lines short and service fast. For events with a full cocktail menu, passed drinks, or multiple bars, we may recommend an extra bartender or a barback. We'll suggest the right staffing when you request a quote.
Can I add servers, barbacks, or other event staff?
Yes. Beyond bartenders we provide complete event staffing — barbacks, servers, party assistants, bar captains, and event directors — so every role at your event is covered by one trusted team.
