How many guests can one mixologist serve?
As a rule of thumb, one mixologist comfortably serves around 50 guests. For larger weddings, corporate events, or fast-paced parties we recommend adding a second mixologist and a barback so lines stay short and every craft cocktail is made to order without rushing. We will recommend the right staffing for your headcount when we quote.
Do you bring ingredients, tools, and a bar?
Yes. Our mixologists arrive fully equipped with professional bar tools, shakers, jiggers, fresh ingredients, garnishes, mixers, and ice as part of our packages. We can also provide a rustic wooden or illuminated LED portable bar, glassware, and full setup and cleanup — so you only need to tell us where to set up. You supply the alcohol per Florida law, and we handle everything else.
Can I hire a mixologist for a small private party?
Definitely. We love intimate gatherings — birthday dinners, anniversaries, bridal showers, and backyard parties.
