Terms of Service

Last updated: June 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fire Water Bars website and the mobile bartending, event staffing, portable bar rental, and cocktail catering services we provide. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Fire Water Bars provides professional mobile bartending and related event services throughout South Florida. The specifics of each engagement — including services, staffing, pricing, and duration — are set out in the quote or booking agreement provided to you. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Bookings & Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and any required deposit has been received. You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, location, guest count, and timing.

Payment & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Final payment terms will be specified in your booking agreement. Failure to pay in full by the agreed date may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any non-refundable deposits, will be outlined in your booking agreement. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel your event so we can accommodate you where possible.

Alcohol & Responsible Service

Our bartenders serve alcohol responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is visibly intoxicated or unable to provide valid identification when required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for providing alcohol and obtaining any permits required for the event.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, accessible work area for our staff and equipment.
  • Ensure access to the event location at the agreed setup time.
  • Obtain any venue approvals or permits required for the event.
  • Supply accurate guest counts and event details in advance.

Equipment & Rentals

Any portable bars or equipment provided remain the property of Fire Water Bars. The client is responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment that occurs during the event due to misuse or negligence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fire Water Bars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Fire Water Bars and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
